We are committed to creating a community of healing that is based on culture centered care and restoring our tribal communities from the harms of historical trauma and racist policies that are contributing factors to early substance misuse and incarceration.
Crossroads Recovery Center (CRC) was founded as Indigenous grassroots, tribal strength-based program in 2021 and officially became a 501c3 in the fall of 2022 to combat the health disparities, reduce stigma around substance use, mental health and decrease fatal overdose rates while advocating for policy change where needed. Crossroads Recovery Center (CRC) was founded as Indigenous grassroots, tribal strength-based program in 2021 and officially became a 501c3 in the fall of 2022 to combat the health disparities, reduce stigma around substance use, mental health and decrease fatal overdose rates while advocating for policy change where needed. Our model of care is all done through tribal traditional practices that decolonize western treatment modalities.
We've helped over 65 individuals in our community and counting.
We have over 80 reported reversals with Narcan in our community.

There are many ways to get involved with our organization and help support our mission. From volunteering to donating, your time and support can make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
Goal: work together to strengthen our resources, examine current barriers and find solutions to address urgent matters of fatal overdose, suicide, and substance misuse, while generating more support systems and creating real pathways to healing through integrated cultural approaches.
