Overdose responders
All of us have the ability to be an overdose responder.
There is a myth that Naloxone is only for people that use drugs or does not work on Fentanyl. Both of those ideas are false. In fact, having Naloxone in the home protects our elders from accidental overdose, our youth and young adults from losing their life from experimental drug use. Narcan should be in everyone's home, and everyone should be trained on how to use it and spot the signs of an opioid overdose.
